The Facade
Living in the vast land, the people resemble the magnitude of space. The land of religion and processed food. An inversion of past traditions; where the noble are skinny and the poor are fat. It has become custom to pump the hoi palois full of clumpy butter and meats injected with all kinds of hormones, later preservatives. Our present-day cigarettes are quite a perfect example of what is exactly happening. Rather than selling us unprocessed tobacco without any additives, we are given tobacco-infused paper that is chalked full of other harmful ingredients that, when burnt, emit thousands of devastating substances known to increase the causes of cancer. This is an adequate example and correlation to foods sold to and consumed by most of American society. Foods that are processed are rife with inorganic substances that, once burnt for body's energy, emit toxins known to corrupt the biochemistry of the consumer. Two major inorganic ingredients added to food and drink now-a-days are fake sugars (aspartame and acesulfame potassium) and preservatives (nitrates and nitrites). The American public is/has been pumped full of substances that beef them up, just as the chicken and other red meat animals are pumped with hormones and antibiotics to reach the same effect.
Not only are we given pollutants for our bodies, our minds are pumped with additives as well that, once burnt for thought, emit tremendous amounts of ideas that are just as cancer-causing as the additives in food, drink and cigarettes.
We live in a society that is kept divided, the media screaming instances of such divisions in order to keep the fire of disunion burning; those in control afraid the fire of division will suffocate and the bread of their wealth would then cease to rise in the oven of society.
It is much easier to sway uneducated minds, minds less likely to question realities of events. In America we've been kept stupid using scholarly institutions that breed minute amounts of intelligence as a facade masking the bitter truth of power's bitter betrayal. Getting a decent education has become ever-more challenging for all age groups in the U.S., kindling attitudes of resentment towards education and those whom are educated. Division.
Religion segregates our population dividing each attitude about the ways in which humans ought to consider as moral & ethical living. Race falls into line with this sentiment.
Race is an easy one to keep us apart and it still doesn't seem to be getting any better. Our black president seems to just be a pawn in the scheme of America bearing the facade that we are an honorable nation. He has been used to mask our backwardness of thinking about and treating our fellow citizens. He was posed as a symbol of our improvement as a people and then torn down abysmally as, not only a man who cannot follow through with his promises made for his political agenda, but a Black man that cannot follow through. He is just a campfire started to distract the herd from the forest fire started by white money-mongers in the decades and centuries prior, made to bear all the heat of past mistakes. It is despicably horrible to consider the abuse done to what I have come to consider a man that is honest and truly concerned about the welfare of the American people and is constantly stifled and thwarted by only-fiscally-interested men using their vast resources to manipulate the public against the individual that actually has pure intentions.
